call me sexist but i love having girlfriends. boys are ok, but they're smelly sometimes and nothing beats a girly chinwag over carbs (carbonara, in this case!), champagne and a few pimm's cups for good measaure.
plus we'd not seen each other for (gasps) 10days! so it was great to reconnect and catch up on the drama in each others' lives. truly grateful for a tiny girl gang and J and A are lovely ladies and i'm not even going to start thinking about how it'd be awful to say bye in a few months.

and then after we'd done our girly thing, the boys came round and we'd some more to drink before heading to cafeopera to meet the rest.
